Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if the item has a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong product.

Original Condition (Important)

As our products are carefully prepared gift items, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if the original gift wrapping or protective packaging (such as the cellophane wrap) has been opened or if the product has been used. This helps us maintain the quality of our products for all customers.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition, including its packaging, box, and any included accessories (if applicable).

Free Return & Exchange

Artica Store will cover all return or exchange shipping costs in the following cases:

You received a different gift than the one you ordered.

The product arrived with a clear defect, such as damaged items, broken components, incorrect size, missing parts, or any item that does not match your order.

Cases Where the Customer Bears the Shipping Cost
The customer is responsible for the shipping fees in the following cases:
If the customer requests a return or exchange without any defect in the product, provided that the product has not been opened or used.

Returned items must be in their original condition.

Products that are fragile or likely to be damaged during return shipping may not be accepted for a second return.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Products that are custom-made or personalized according to the customer’s preferences, as they cannot be resold.

Products purchased during Final Sale, Clearance, or Major Discount promotions, except in cases of a manufacturing defect.
